Face to Face Sessions

If you live in the Nantwich area then face to face sessions can be arranged during the day, and will be held at a location of your choice.

Online Sessions

Online sessions via Zoom will be available at a time to suit. So you can get comfortable in your own home and settle down to focusing on the changes you want to make.

Group Sessions

Designed for midlife women, these health and wellbeing sessions offer up-to-date insights on science, practical health tips, and lifestyle hacks tailored to this stage of life. Each session aims to inform and inspire in a welcoming, supportive group environment.
